Please complete one application form thoroughly

    • Mail the completed form to the address listed below with the following:

    • Your original valid passport (minimum validity of 6 months at the entry date)
    • One passport size photo (with the name written on the back). The color photo must be recent, passport size – 2″ x 2″ (4,5cm x 4,5cm) and showing the full face, the forehead hairline and ears on a white background.
    • Copy of your permanent resident card or any legal proof of residency in the USA
    • Copy of your detailed flights itinerary or tickets
    • Copy of visa to your destination
    • Yellow Fever Vaccination: in accordance with international health regulations, all persons entering Gabon are required to have a valid international certificate of immunization against Yellow Fever

$ 160  (single or multiple entries) for American Nationals and for other Nationals.
Fees are charged per application and are not refundable should the application be refused.
Fees must be paid in  money order or certified check payable to the PAIERIE DU GABON AUX USA.
Personal checks are not accepted.

Submission of applications: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Collection of documents: Tuesday to Thursday from 12:00 am to 2:00 pm

Please note that the consulate will no longer issue visas on the same day. The consul has authority to evaluate the application and request more documents if needed. Form that is not fully completed, signed and dated or with incomplete requirements and supporting documents will not be accepted. The applicant is informed that submitting the mentioned documents will not guarantee automatic issuance of the visas without prior approval from the Gabonese Department of Immigration. 

The process can take up to 3 days.
